Delivery

• Delivery will be free island wide & delivery will take place within 3 working days from order confirmation for orders placed between Monday to Friday, before 12 Noon IST.
• Once an order is dispatched, a notification will be sent via email to the customer and the delivery will be handled by Certis Lanka our local delivery fulfillment partner (Hotline – +94769222598).
• Customer signature is required on the courier slips.

• Delivery will be charged as per the “Shipping Cost” mentioned at checkout & delivery will take place within 5 working days from order confirmation for orders placed between Monday to Friday, before 12 Noon IST..
• Once an order is dispatched, a notification will be sent via email to the customer and the delivery will be handled by DHL International Courier our international delivery fulfillment partner
• For order follow up please visit www.dhl.com.lk/en.html and enter the tracking number listed in the order dispatch confirmation email.
• Customer signature is required on the courier slips

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. RUM PUNCH cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

TAXES, CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs at the point of receipt. All duties and taxes charged on international orders at the point of receipt are to be borne by the recipient.

RUM PUNCH has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
